How do I get started?

Whether you know exactly what you want, or if you know what your site needs to be able to do but have no idea about design, we will work together to build something that suits your needs perfectly.

How long does all this take?

The time between your first contact and your site being ready will depend on your requirements, but we aim to have most sites live within 1-5 weeks of your first contact, often times it happens even faster than that.

How do we get our site on the Internet?

When your site is completed we will show you a preview of the final site. If you are pleased with the preview, we will then process the final payment. Once the payment has been received your site will become live on your free hosting package and full ownership will be transferred over to you.

What are the fees and what do they cover?

Split Website Design aims to make the pricing affordable  but as each site's charges and fees differ greatly based upon work required, and which package best fits your needs, please refer to the "Products" page for pricing ranges. For a more accurate price quote, contact us with the details and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Will my site be found on search engines?

We will optimise your site for search engines at no extra charge. For business website we will also link you to free directories that you can add your business to that should improve your customer base.

What if I need something changed?

Our websites come with a 12 month guarantee, this covers the fixing of any bugs or errors caused by our work. We also offer minor tweaks free of charge in the first 30 days after completion of your site (contact us for details).

What if I want to use a different web host?

All of Split Design’s web hosting packages include 12 months of free hosting from Split Design. You may switch to your own web hosting plan at any time.

If you stay with us after the free 12 month period, when you renew for another 12 months you will receive discounted or free design work from us, depending on your needs.
